How safe is my money?
With money involved trust becomes an issue but we guarantee you your money is safe and you will get your order without much hustle. That is why we encourage our customers to use our pay bill number.
How much is shipping?
We charge KES 250 for orders within Nairobi County and KES 300-1000 for orders outside Nairobi (distance is a factor).
How long would it take to receive my order?
Once your order is confirmed, it would take up to 4 hours to receive a confirmation number and depending on your delivery location, it could take anywhere from 4 -72 hours to receive your order. This does not include Sundays and major holidays.
I am purchasing as a present, could my item(s) be shipped to a different address?
Yes, we can! Just indicate the address you want your item(s) shipped to during checkout.
What is your Return Policy?
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can read more about our return policy from our information menu.
What if I have an Exchange?
No Worries- just drop us a line and we would let you know how to start the process, same as a return, we can only exchange items within a 7 day period which must be returned in an unused condition. Are all Sales final?
All sales are final only on SALE items. Some exceptions may apply. Regularly priced items could be returned or exchanged within 7 days. If in doubt, please feel free to contact us- we promise to respond to your questions and concerns within 24 hours. Kindly note that once we customize your product the sale will be final unless mistake was from our side, then we can consider.
Can I return an item if I don't like it?
Absolutely, 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days and within its original packaging for a full refund. But this applies to items that have not been customized or printed according to your preference.
I received the wrong size/damaged item(s), what should I do?
If it’s our mistake Contact us for a full Refund- in this case; we would be responsible for your return shipping cost as well. Before making your order make sure you see the size guide from the size list tab.
